Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Lhinn Designs. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Because many of our items are handmade, limited edition, or made to order, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds except in specific circumstances outlined below.

All Sales Final

All sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or style selected by the customer

  • Minor variations in color or texture (as these are natural in handmade or artistic work)

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:

  • A replacement item (if available)

  • A full or partial refund

  • Store credit

Lost or Missing Packages

If a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but cannot be located, we recommend checking with neighbors or the carrier directly first.

Lhinn Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered, but please contact us and we will do our best to assist where possible.

Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Custom, commissioned, or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or significantly different from the agreed-upon design.

Once production has begun, orders for custom work cannot be canceled.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer standard exchanges. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
